College Park Elementary School is home to the Mandarin Immersion magnet program and the district GATE (Gifted and Talented Education) program for the San Mateo Foster City School District. We welcome every College Park family to inspire students, empower our community, and advocate for the benefit of children and families by joining the PTA!

Step 1: Go to Konstella.com

Step 2: Click on "Find your school" on the top right corner

Step 3: In the search bar type "College Park Elementary," select our school and click "next."

Step 4: Enter and submit your child's information, then an administrator will verify and approve your account.
